We will send you your Goodbuyz voucher by e-mail. From there you can print it out and redeem it according to the fine print of the deal. If you for some reason don't get the e-mail or delete the e-mail. You can always print the voucher from the'My Account' page. From there you usually just bring it to the business to redeem your voucher. Don't worry we'll make sure it's crystal clear in the details.

You can still see your purchases you made as a gift in the 'My Gifts' tab of the 'My Account' Page.

Goodbuyz will automatically refund your purchase if you change your mind while the deal is still live. After the deal is expired (.ie you can no longer buy the deal on our site) we will deal with refund cases on a case by case basis.

If a business we featured closes down we will refund all purchases.
